- 30 days reflection period after receiving your car mats.
- Our mistake or exchange a product? In these cases you can return your car mats free of charge.
- Tailor-made? Not a problem. You can still return your car mats at limited cost*
- Money back? You receive your money back within 5 working days after receipt of the returned products.
- 1 to 4 years warranty on your car mats.
* You can also return car mats that have your logo or a heel pad, in which case you only pay for the heel pad and/or logo. The rest we pay back to you.
Even though each product is tailor-made for you in our own factory, you can still return it if you are not satisfied. We’re very flexible that way. You only pay the return costs if you decide not to exchange the products. For environmental reasons, please make sure that the product you order is exactly what you need. Returned products cannot be re-used.
If you want to return a product, please e-mail us in advance at email@example.com or call us on 038 – 3333110. Together we can then decide whether you want to still alter the product, exchange it or return it to us, in which case you will be refunded.
Have you received a faulty product (e.g. a car mat that does not fit or has a quality flaw)? Then send us an e-mail containing a photograph of the flaw. This will speed up the process of finding a fitting solution for you. We will in that case pay the return costs.
