If you have any questions or want to know exactly about which personal data we use, please do not hesitate to contact Just Carpets BV.
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to handle it properly. We may then give your personal details to our delivery service to have them deliver your order to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.
For this, we use your payment details, name and address, email address, telephone number and billing address. We need this because of the contract we make with you. We keep this information until your order has been completed and seven years after that (that is the legal storage obligation).
Providing to third parties
Just Carpets BV works with different companies, which may receive the previously mentioned personal details from us. For processing of orders, Just Carpets BV is working together with:
- Our payment providers: MultiSafePay and PayPal
- Our post company/ delivery company: UPS
In addition, we work together with partners (use their software) in support of our processes. Where necessary, we share the previous data with these third parties:
- Yellowgrape (E-commerce marketing)
- Robin (Customer service software)
- Exact (accounting)
- iController (reminders)
- CIB/Alektum (debtcollection)
- Dropbox (document management)
Naturally, these parties also work in accordance with the current privacy legislation.
We would like to send you information via our newsletter about special offers and new products and/or services. We do this by email. You can object at any time to receiving the newsletter. Each e-mail contains an unsubscribe link.
Distribution to other companies or institutions
Except for the above mentioned partners, we do not, under any circumstances, provide your personal data to other companies or institutions, except when we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police requires this in case of suspicion of a crime).
We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our webshop. We have signed a processor agreement with Google. There are strict agreements about what they can keep up with. We allow Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. We do not let Google anonymize the IP addresses.
The security of personal data is of great important to us. To protect your privacy, we take the following measures:
- We use secure connections (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) which protects all information between you and our website when you enter personal data

When our webshop changes, we must of course also adjust the privacy statement. Always pay attention to the date above and check regularly for new versions. We will do our best to announce changes separately.

If you feel that we are not helping you in the right way, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisor. This is called the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
